Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop personalized treatment plans enhancing mobility, strength, and function.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies.
- Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
- Active PT license or eligibility for licensure in multiple states, with licensing assistance provided.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year clinical experience; strong skills encouraged for new graduates.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for patient-centered care and willingness to travel.
