Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm, with occasional weekends.
• Handle a caseload focused on skilled nursing and geriatrics.
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a demanding caseload and work independently.
