Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and documentation standards

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a PT
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state
• CPR certification may be required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
