A 13-week travel Physical Therapist position in Surprise, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapies.
- Absess progress.
- Document outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients.
- Ensure safety protocols.
Requirements
- Hold a valid PT license.
- Hold BLS certification.
- Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience preferred, but new grads are welcome.
