Responsibilities
- Assess and plan individualized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver skilled interventions based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and document conditions
- Provide education to patients and families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient goals
- Adjust care as necessary based on patient progress and feedback
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination) passed
- Graduated from an accredited school
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Current state license or in process
- CPR certification
