Role Overview
Provide outpatient and inpatient therapy services in settings such as SNFs, geriatric outpatient facilities, and assisted living on campus. Manage caseloads including general medicine, orthopedics, neurology, and debility, with a typical schedule of 8-hour days, Tuesday to Saturday.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Strong clinical skills in diverse therapeutic areas
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proper licensure and credentialing
Key Duties
- Assess and develop patient treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document and report patient outcomes
