Role & Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services in a rural community setting, working with acute, post-acute, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans, conduct evaluations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Transition between hospital and clinic environments, managing a diverse caseload with a focus on patient independence and long-term health goals.
Promote high-quality, patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year inpatient rehab experience
- Valid PT license (compact accepted)
- One work reference
- Ability to work independently
- Communicate effectively
- Foster patient relationships
