About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role involves developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercises and manual therapy, operating specialized equipment, and documenting patient progress. Collaboration with healthcare professionals, patient education, and ensuring a safe, compliant treatment environment are essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with physical impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and specialized equipment in patient treatment.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care techniques.
• Maintain a safe and compliant treatment environment.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment, and demonstrate physical mobility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred).
