Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About the Role

A Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life through personalized care and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans and operate specialized therapy equipment safely.
• Monitor, adjust, and document patient progress throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and techniques.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance, discharge planning, and professional development activities.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred).
• Prior experience and additional certifications (preferred).
