Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage treatment plans in an SNF setting to promote positive patient outcomes for diverse diagnoses.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services during days, typically 8-10 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week.
• Assess patient needs, implement therapy interventions, and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active state license, current BLS (AHA preferred), and supervisory professional references.
• Must complete drug and background screens.
• Experience in SNF preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills are essential.
