Role & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting for geriatric patients
- Manage a caseload with an average of 5-7 patients daily
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions
- Utilize Oasis and HCHB systems effectively
- Work a 5-day, 8-hour schedule with on-call duties every 3rd-4th weekend
- Ensure compliance with licensing, credentialing, and documentation requirements
- Collaborate with a dedicated personal recruiter who manages logistics and details
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field
- Experience with Oasis and HCHB systems required
- Geriatric patient care expertise
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- First-time travelers accepted
