Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life using personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs, operate specialized equipment, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention, and maintain a safe treatment environment.
• Engage in professional development and discharge planning to support patient recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Critical thinking
• Strong communication
• Proficiency in PC skills
• Physical ability to assist with equipment
• The ability to work effectively with diverse personnel
