Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy.
• Operate specialized equipment safely, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and self-management.
• Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and support discharge planning for seamless patient transitions.
• Perform additional duties within scope of practice.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in physical therapy preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Relevant experience preferred.
