Role & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing facility with a geriatric caseload (85% productivity)
- Manage patient care according to clinical standards and facility protocols
- Cookordination with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Ensure documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- SNF experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Duties & Benefits
