Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in Cheraw, SC.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document progress and adjust therapies as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid physical therapy license.
• Completion of Core Mandatory Part II (Allied) Exam, PT/PTA Skills Checklist, and Physical Therapy Exam.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
