Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' physical conditions through tests and examinations
• Developing personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans
• Implementing treatment techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operating and maintaining physical therapy equipment safely
• Assessing progress, adjusting treatment plans, and documenting outcomes
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
• Maintaining a safe environment and adhering to regulatory standards
• Participating in quality assurance and professional development
• Contributing to discharge planning and other assigned duties

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification
• Critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English and basic PC skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills
