Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery using personalized, evidence-based plans.
- Develop rehabilitation programs, operate therapy equipment, monitor progress, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educate patients and caregivers, ensure safety and infection control, and participate in discharge planning.
- Perform other duties within scope of practice.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license, current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Critical thinking and physical ability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and maintain professionalism
- Must possess visual acuity and sensory skills for effective communication
