Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Associate degree or relevant certifications
• Current state license and valid state ID or driver’s license
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Key Duties

• Deliver patient-centered care during 8-hour daytime shifts
• Work in a home care facility setting
• Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards
