Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Complete necessary documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Required onboarding credentials include CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
