Responsibilities
- Assess referred patients' medical conditions and functional limitations.
- Establish and administer treatment programs aligned with physician directives.
- Set realistic goals, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate and adjust care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass.
- Graduated from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year's experience.
- Current state license or in the application process.
- Current CPR certification.
