Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilize advanced techniques and equipment, monitor patient progress, and adjust therapies accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management, and maintain a safe, compliant environment.
- Participate in quality assurance and professional development activities, assist with discharge planning, and perform other duties within scope.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to operate specialized equipment and perform manual tasks
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and patients
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in English, PC skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Capacity to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and ensure patient safety
