Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Promote patient recovery and mobility improvement.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and health regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of experience as a licensed PT.
• Active license(s) to practice in the state(s) of employment.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
