Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a critical access hospital setting.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a licensed PT.
• Active license(s) to practice in the relevant state(s).
• Active CPR certification may be required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
