Role & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Completion of required onboarding credentials: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam, and Color Vision
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
