Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in Princeton, TX.
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid PT license (Compact accepted).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Must provide SSN, date of birth, and at least one professional reference.

Key Duties

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy within the assigned shift.
