Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Support patient recovery and functional improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
- Participate in mentorship programs and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Active/eligible PA PT license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Preferably outpatient clinical experience
