Role & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy care, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and support recovery.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and complete required documentation.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have valid licenses and certifications, including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills are essential.
