Provide patient-centered physical therapy services, assess and develop treatment plans, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain documentation, adhere to safety protocols, and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licensing and certifications, including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3Color Vision and OSHA Safety compliance
• Skills Checklist and Specialty Exam completion
