Role & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Implement interventions across various settings and participate in discharge planning for ongoing rehabilitation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
