Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a long-term acute care setting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in acute care.
• Valid PT license (Compact accepted).
• BLS certification.
• Ability to provide Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) for background checks.
• Provide at least 1 professional reference within the last 36 months.
