Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Develop personalized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with licensing standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current physical therapy experience, outpatient required
• Inpatient experience preferred
• Active BLS certification
