Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
- Utilize electronic medical records (Raintree) and complete pre-assignment HealthStream modules.
- Maintain patient care quality and adhere to shift schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active state license.
- BLS certification (may be required).
- Minimum of 3 months outpatient or 1 year experience in other settings post-clinicals.

- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
Schedule Options
- 4x10
- 5x8
- 4x9 plus 4 hours on Friday
