About the role
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in Conifer, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients' physical conditions through assessments and history
- Developing personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans
- Implementing treatment techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Operating and maintaining therapy equipment safely
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting plans, and documenting outcomes
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
- Ensuring safety and adherence to regulatory protocols
- Participating in quality assurance, professional development, and discharge planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid state licensure and current BLS certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in PC use and documentation
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Effective interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
