Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients' medical conditions and functional capabilities
• Establish and manage personalized treatment programs
• Provide direct physical therapy services per physician orders
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust care plans to meet therapy goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care
• Document patient progress and educate on therapy techniques

Qualifications & Skills

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE clearance
• Graduated from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Current state license or actively applying for licensure
• CPR certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
