Role & Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered therapy services, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver rehabilitative care.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and complete necessary documentation.
Support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must have valid licensure
- Complete required onboarding credentials including CORES 1, 2 (Allied), 3, color vision, OSHA safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills are essential
