Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. In this role, you will develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, operate specialized equipment, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to assess mobility, pain, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Operate specialized physical therapy equipment
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid physical therapy licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Prior experience in physical therapy (new graduates are welcome)
