Responsibilities
- Manage a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Average of 4-6 patient visits daily
- Handle common cases such as elderly falls and fractures
- Conduct Oasis assessments
- Initiate start of care cases
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- BLS AHA certification
