Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in Nome, AK.
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Comply with safety and regulatory standards including OSHA and color vision requirements.
• Complete necessary documentation and skills checklists.

Qualifications & Skills

• Onboarding credentials: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
