Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and certification standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• One or more years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current active license(s) to practice as a PT in the state.
• Active CPR certification may be required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.

The position offers a 4-day work week of 10-hour days.
