Key Duties

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in home health or outpatient care preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
