Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
• Address deficits in strength, balance, and functional mobility
• Monitor progress and modify treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred
• Active PT license or ability to obtain one
• Previous healthcare or physical therapy experience preferred
