Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist
• Completion of required onboarding credentials: CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam, and Color Vision
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
