Responsibilities

• Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients

• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Complete required documentation and skills checklists
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licenses and certifications including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, specialty exam, and OSHA safety
• Ability to meet color vision requirements
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience with therapy treatment plans and documentation
