Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Perform assessments and operate therapy equipment
- Document patient progress and collaborate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with discharge planning
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and handle sensory demands
- Proficiency in English and basic PC skills
