Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapist license.
• Mandatory certifications including BLS, Core Mandatory Exams, and PT/PTA Skills Checklist.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to protocols.
