Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services in a healthcare setting.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Complete required documentation and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid licensure and certifications in physical therapy.
• Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to pass skills checklists.
• Must meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, color vision, and specialty exams.
