Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of patient needs and conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Operate therapy equipment safely and effectively.
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Maintain safety standards in all clinical activities.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development activities.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical abilities to lift and move patients and equipment, as well as perform physical manipulations.
- Ability to handle frequent public contact and work effectively under pressure.
