Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Valid PT license
- BLS certification
- Successful completion of Core Exam - HSH
- NPI registration
- PT/PTA skills checklist
- Specialty exam
- Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills
Key Duties
- Conduct evaluations
- Create and adjust treatment plans
- Document patient progress
- Ensure safety and quality standards
Work Schedule
- Work primarily days
- 8-hour shifts
- Five days a week
Additional Info
Compensation ranges from $1,570 to $1,670 weekly.
