Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve patient mobility and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid license and required certifications in physical therapy.
• Ability to meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, CORES 2 (Allied), CORES 3, Color Vision, OSHA Safety, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patient populations.
