Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises and rehab services
- Monitor and adjust care based on patient progress

- Ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Support patient mobility and functional recovery
Qualifications & Skills
- Active state Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year recent Physical Therapy experience
- BLS certification (if required)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Adaptability to new clinical environments
